Shipping & Orders
- All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and are shipped through Canada Post.
- Returns and exchanges are not possible.
- Cancellations are only permitted if your order has not yet been shipped.

CANADA
- LOCAL - Peterborough Pick Up Only - this option is for our local Peterborough (and close surrounding area) customers to shop and locally pick up. An email notification will be sent out once your order is ready for pick up with pick up instructions.
- Tracking - this option is to insure your order is mailed with a tracking number for a flat rate of $15.
- Free Shipping - this option is for all orders over $80 within Canada
UNITED STATES
- United States - International shipping to the U.S. is a flat rate of $18, this will include a tracking number.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Pip & Penny Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
All other countries shipping is calculated at checkout based on you postal code.
